Renewal Resources: How to Complete Your Renewal Packet 2025

Speaker 1 (00:00): Part one: How to Complete Your Renewal Packet
Speaker 2 (00:03): We know that working through our Renewal Packet takes a lot of work, so we put together a series of videos to help you out. This first video in this series gives a general overview of your renewal packet, its contents, and some tips and tricks to think about as you fill your Renewal Packet. Completing your Renewal Packet may seem daunting, but these videos will help break it up into manageable tasks and help you work efficiently through the process. These videos aren't meant to take the place of the CSDSIP service you know and trust. We will still offer individual and group renewal meetings and your trusted Risk Programs Team is still only a phone call away. But instead should be seen as a useful tool to help you jog your memory. If you need assistance or guidance, give our Risk Programs Team a call. We're here to help you.
(00:52)This part of the Renewal Packet that we'll need completed in return for the following items: your renewal application, your renewal property schedule, your renewal vehicle schedule. Your renewal packet may or may not include certificates of insurance that are set up to automatically renew, any unique endorsements that are currently on your policy. If your renewal packet didn't include any certificates of insurance and/or any unique endorsements, consider yourself lucky; one or two items less to do. If it did include certificates, insurance, and or the unique endorsements, we'll need you to review those as well as let us know if they should be reissued next year or if they should be removed. Throughout each of our videos, we'll share tips and tricks to make filling out your renewal application easier. In fact, here's our first tip.
Speaker 1 (01:45): Tip No. 1, throughout your Renewal Packet, please indicate any changes in color, highlight or bold fonts that we can easily see the changes that you've made.
Speaker 2 (01:57): Thank you so much for your time to watch the video. We hope you found it both informative and helpful. If you have any questions or need assistance at all, please feel free to contact our Risk Programs Team; we're here to help you. Our Members are our strength.
